Saturday October 27, 2007,
Hello all,
It's been WAYYYYYYYY too long since I've spoken to everyone and with the recent events I felt the need to address the High 4 nation.
So as you know, much to our dismay, Cauterize have called it a day and have packed it in as a band. This was a terrible blow to High 4 Records as we were gearing up to make a video for Minor Key Symphony. I knew they had disappointments over the years, but we felt that Jesse and the guys were writing some killer material and that that would continue past Disguises. I tried to convince the guys that they were making a mistake, but they were stedfast in their decision to break up. I wish all Jesse, Jason, Josh, Chuck and Matt nothing but the best in whatever field they get into.
So here's the deal.....
With the break up of Cauterize I now have a lot of CD's to get rid of. I'll
be selling them for $5 a piece (plus $4 shipping & handling-North America,
$6 international). That's right, $5 for the Cauterize CD (Disguises). If you
order Disguises and want their acoustic CD (Unmasked) add $2 to the order.
IT'S A FIRE SALE!!! EVERYTHING MUST GO!!!
Please print out this order form and send certified check, cashier check, money order or good ol' fashioned cash (at your own risk) to:

Thanks for all your support over the last few years. I look forward to releasing awesome CD's in the future.
Sincerely,

CAUTERIZE CALL IT QUITS
High 4 Records announced today that after 12 years of pursuing their rock and roll dream, Cauterize have decided to call it quits to pursue other endeavours.
The Oshawa, Ontario based band recently released their sophomore cd "Disguises", and had only begun to tour the new album before making the very hard decision to end the band.
"We were very sorry to hear about the band wanting to breakup"
says High 4 Records founder Darrin Pfeiffer. "We thought they were incredibly
talented and had high hopes for them. We wish them all the best in whatever
paths the band members choose to take".
